Our updated, fully equipped condo is perfect for an any getaway. With one King bedroom, and a hideaway sofa bed this unit can easily accommodate a couple or small family. Tastefully decorated throughout, with aircon, a fireplace, and hotel quality linens, you will be extremely comfortable in our cozy open plan condo. The waterpark and playground are just a couple of minutes walk away.
The space
ENTRANCE
You do not need to enter the main building to gain access to our unit as you can enter via the patio area.
OPEN PLAN LIVING
The open-plan living space is thoughtfully equipped with all your getaway essentials. Through the lounge area is a dining space and kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are just off this space.
LOUNGE
The comfortable L shape sofa also doubles up as an extra sleeping space. This is an ideal bed for a child. There is a ceiling fan, electric fireplace, and air-conditioning unit.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen has modern amenities including a toaster, stove top (please note, no oven), microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Complete with all necessary cookware and utensils, you'll find salt, pepper, and cooking oil readily available for your culinary adventures. There is a small dining table that seats three.
KING BEDROOM & ENSUITE
The king bedroom, adorned with hotel-quality linens, promises restful nights. You will find closet space, a smart TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite that all provide comfort and convenience. Stocked with locally sourced 2-in-1 body wash/shampoo, hand soap, and plush towels.

Nestled in Fairmont, BC, amidst the Rocky Mountains, this destination is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. From hiking and mountain biking to skiing, snowboarding, and golfing, adventure awaits. Explore quaint restaurants and shops or simply unwind in the tranquility of this picturesque locale.
Guest access
You will have full access to the unit during your stay. Please ensure you enter and leave the property by the patio entrance.
Access to the pool and water park are not included with your stay. These however can sometimes be purchased separately during the Summer months.

Other things to note
Water Park, Pool and Hot tubs are a paid amenity, and only available Mid May to Mid September.
The Mountain View buildings were built in the mid 90s and so the units share a ventilation system. Therefore, if you are sensitive to smells or usual life noises, or have any kind of allergies, please reach out before booking.
Please note, the bath tub jets are being decommissioned by the strata. Please do not attempt to use. Thank you.
There is not an elevator in this building. The unit is on the terrace level (not ground floor), with seven steps, then a short landing and another five steps.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 10 pm - 7 am.
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- One dog allowed - ensure you clean up after your pet and observe all strata rules.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit. You can lock bikes on the patio area - please bring your own lock.
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay and at checkout.
- Follow all strata rules as sign posted around the complex or advised of throughout this guest guide.
- Please return all keys to the lockbox upon your departure. Any missing keys will be charged for including;
- The management company’s time to cut a spare key and bring from Invermere (plus return journey) - approximately 2.5-3 hour round trip.
- Plus the cost of re-scheduling a new cleaner.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
Please be aware that sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
