The space
MAIN LIVING AREA
The beautiful white kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and all the large and small appliances you could need to conjure up a romantic meal or light snack. We also supply cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee for your use. Don't worry though, we provide a coffee bean grinder and coffee machine, just bring your whitener of choice! Next to the kitchen is a round dinning table that comfortably seats four guests. The lounge area has comfortable furnishings, and a fireplace. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring, or ideal for curling up on the sofa and watching a movie. There is a lot of natural light that comes through the large windows.

BATHROOM
The spacious bathroom has a tub with shower over, and is stocked with hotel quality towels, and locally made body wash/shampoo and hand soap.
BEDROOM
The beautifully decorated king bedroom has lots of natural light, window dressings, a door to the balcony, and the bed is dressed in hotel quality linens.
PATIO
You can access the patio from the main living area. Outside you will find some wonderful mountain views!
LOCAL AREA
Fairmont, BC is a great vacation spot for those who love the outdoors. Located in the Rocky Mountains, the area offers a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, and golfing. The town itself has a few restaurants and shops, but is mostly a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Water Park, Pool and Hot tubs are a paid amenity, and only available Mid May to Mid September.
The Mountain View buildings were built in the mid 90s and so the units share a ventilation system. Therefore, if you are sensitive to smells or usual life noises, or have any kind of allergies, please reach out before booking.
Please note, the bath tub jets are being decommissioned by the strata. Please do not attempt to use. Thank you.
For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. House Rules
- Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.
- No smoking on the deck, balconies, or inside the property/unit.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sports equipment inside the unit.
- Do not track mud or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property.
- Please dispose of all your own garbage during your stay and at checkout.
- Follow all strata rules as sign posted around the complex or advised of throughout the guest guide.
- Please return all keys to the lockbox upon your departure. Any missing keys will be charged for including;
- The management company’s time to cut a spare key and bring from Invermere (plus return journey) - approximately 2.5-3 hour round trip.
- Plus the cost of re-scheduling a new cleaner.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Please note, checkout is strictly 10am unless otherwise approved by us, or booked through the booking platform. Failure to checkout on time incurs a $100 fine.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.
